I don't know why, but I feel like your expressions and acting has jumped up a level - must feel good to be taking those animation classes again, doesn't it? Your human figures look so amazing! 8D
As for critique, well, these characters just look so good! But there's definitely something about the one in red's pose, like it's a little stiff. It's like you're trying to make her curve, but at the same time thought against it so it ends up looking like she's in mid leap and about to fall on her face. Maybe if you push her pose more so her line of action is a C-shape? Think Marceline from Adventure Time, who's constantly hovering but is always in that curved position (though her hair really helps to also define that, so that's maybe something to consider in the future when working with long-haired characters). Feel free to exaggerate more. Your girls will stay pretty no matter how far you push their poses and expressions, trust me on that.
I think it's 'cuz she comes off more floaty than leapy. Maybe she's not properly grounded? She'd have had to have pushed off really hard to already be at such an angle while still being only like a foot off the ground. Just tilting her to the left a bit might help.
Admittedly, I was sort of going for... "aimlessly floating in space" there XD; ah well. So, not sure if it's that. But if it does look off, maybe that wasn't the decision to make, haha.
Well if that's what you were going for, I guess you got it. Though it's so much in-between that the confusion about whether she's floating or not is probably what's making her look weird. I'd just push her more one way or the other to really emphasize what she's doing.
